It’s also a platform for vendors and service partners to showcase tools, products, and resources that empower these professionals to execute flawless events. This gathering fosters new connections and strengthens trusted relationships between planners and their vendor allies.
Will I be able to make great connections?
The Admin & Planner Connexpo will have a number of fun networking activities, interactive games, and a Mix & Mingle Reception along with the day’s interactions with fellow admins and planners, vendors and service partners.
What is the dress code?
Business or elevated professional. The Admin & Planner Connexpo’s goal is to attract high-level participants serious about making valuable connections. You are your brand – represent it well!
TICKETS & REGISTRATION
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for The Admin & Planner Connexpo. However, tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend.
Do you offer discounted tickets?
Discount exhibitor tickets may be available for educational institutions and some speakers and authors. Contact The Admin & Planner Connexpo for more information.
What should I bring with me to check in at the event?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. This will be required at check-in to verify your registration and grant you access to the event.
May I bring a guest with me?
Yes, guests are welcome to attend; however, each guest must purchase their own ticket. Every attendee is required to have an individual registration to ensure proper accommodations and access to all event features. All exhibitors must pre-register.
Do you offer on-site registration?
Individuals may register on-site. There will be a 10% price increase for on-site registration. All exhibitors must pre-register by the deadline.
Is there an option to attend virtually?
No. The Admin & Planner Connexpo is a fully in-person experience. This event is intentionally designed to be immersive, high-impact, and built around making valuable connections. To get the full value of The Admin & Planner Connexpo, you need to be in the room.

What transportation options are available to and from the venue?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. The Hilton Houston North is easily accessible via rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as local taxis and rental cars. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the George Bush Intercontinental airport. Free onsite parking is available for those who drive.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Pets are not permitted at The Admin & Planner Connexpo. Only registered service animals are allowed inside the venue in accordance with ADA guidelines.
